Keep it up! You don´t need expensive vegan/vegetairian products to get an efficient nutrition! You aproach is good - just cook wholesome from simple ingredients. Spinach, nrokkoli, kale and cabbage is über healthy shit ;) Look up "dr fuhrman" and "Colin T. Campbell" for further info on _simple_ cheap ways to do well ;) I really like your story about the dove it shows you have empathy, and that´s a real good thing to have.

You can get unsweetened and sweetened soya milk from Sainsburys for 60p! (I'm a poor vegan student so I recently discovered this).Brilliant post.

I totally agree with you - a natural veggie diet is great for health and variety: fruits, nuts, beans, veggies of all kinds, rice, salads, pasta, breads...plus organic dairy and eggs in moderation... The processed veggie stuff: is really no more healthier than other processed foods and its usually really expensive...Anyway - it sounds like your doing great and I wish you well in journey to figure this all out... |
